The FreeLancers 2016 NFL Mock Draft

The NFL draft is more than 100 days away. These projections are sure to change.

1. Tennessee Titans- Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss
The fact of the matter is, Tennessee received a gem in Marcus Mariota in the 2015 draft. Priority number 1 would be to keep that said gem clean. Drafting the best tackle in pool would help the cause.

2. Cleveland Browns- Joey Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Cleveland as an organization has a ton of holes. There are question marks everywhere. Literally everywhere. The smart move would be to draft best available, yet the Browns have made anything but smart decisions as of late.

3. San Diego Chargers- Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
Talented enough to be a day one starter at left tackle for most teams in the NFL. An influx of talent along this offensive line would be much needed.

4. Dallas Cowboys- Myles Jack, LB, UCLA
This would be a no-brainer if not for Jack's unfortunate injury. The Cowboys do need help at the offensive skill positions spots, but a player of Jacks caliber is hard to pass up.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars- Jalen Ramsey, DB, Florida St.
The question at this spot is which top defensive back do the Jaguars' scouting team value the most. Once all the research has been done it will be Ramsey who will come out on top.

6. Baltimore Ravens- DeForest Buckner, DE, Oregon
With 2015 pick Breshad Perriman returning healthy, the WR position will get an added boost. Deforest Buckner will give the Baltimore added depth along a defensive line that lacks play making. Very raw athlete that needs to be developed.

7. San Francisco 49ers- Jared Goff, QB, California
A matched made in heaven? Almost. The California kid would stay on the West Coast to join a 49er team dire and desperate for a new, fresh voice under center. Goff will bring that, and more.

8. Miami Dolphins- Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
A name not being mentioned enough is Clemson's Mackensie Alexander. A tough, scrappy physical corner who will join a team with little depth at that position. Brent Grimes will turning 33 next year and at some point, Miami will need to look to replenish.

9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Vernon Hargreaves, CB, Florida
Tampa Bay has glaring needs all around. Offensive tackle and guard are still a question mark even with spending high picks on those positions in 2015. Tampa's secondary is atrocious. Any help there would be much appreciated.

10. New York Giants- Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson
Lawson is terrific off the ball and matches quickness and power to disrupt the opposing passing game. New York lacks a pass rush, ranking 30th in total sacks. Lawson will be a great fit.

11. Chicago Bears- Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame
The Chicago Bears fan base and organization miss the days of Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs causing havoc from the LB position. Much like Jack, Smith also is recovering from a significant knee injury. If a full recovery is made, watch out for this kid.

12. New Orleans Saints- A'Shawn Robinson, DT, Alabama
This may be considered the biggest steal of the draft. Some believe Robinson is deserving of a top 5 pick. Although he goes 12th here, look for him to shoot up the boards in coming weeks. The Saints are porous everywhere on defense. Adding Robinson will make an immediate impact.

13. Philadelphia Eagles- Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss
Philly goes WR in the first round for back to back years. Agholor is still developing and If the two can come along strong, Philly's offense may be back to what it was. The number 1 ranked WR is still here at 13. Consider that a steal as well.

14. Oakland Raiders- Kendall Fuller, CB, Virginia tech
Oakland, an up-and-coming team adds another 1st-round pick to their defense with a true number one corner in Kendall Fuller. Fuller, who is the number one corner in this draft to many, has been set back in 2015 by injuries. A healthy fuller can help Oakland solidify the back end of the defense.

15. St.Louis Rams- Carson Wentz, QB, North Dakota State.
The Rams are a good quarterback away from being a serious contender in the NFL. With Wilson and Palmer in the same division, the Rams need to get with the program sooner rather than later. Wentz has the biggest upside of all quarterbacks.

16. Detroit Lions- Robert Nkemdiche, DE, Ole Miss
Another steal as far as what you're getting on the football side of things. The real risk here is whether Nkemdiche can stay reliable off the field. Nkemdiche, a force on the defensive line, can play any position and make an impact.

17. Atlanta Falcons- Emmanuel Ogbah, DE, Oklahoma State
Adding another defensive stud will help form a formidable defense in the near future. Vic Beasley was successful in 2015. Ogbah will add pass rushing talents.

18. Indianapolis Colts- Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State
Andrew Luck took a beating in 2015. If the Colts want to be successful going forward, protecting their great quarterback needs to be a priority.

19. Buffalo Bills- Jack Conklin, OL, Michigan State,
Richie Incognito was a great addition to this offensive line, this Big 10 product would be as well. Added depth at the OL position can never hurt.

20. New York Jets- Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia
The University of Georgia sends yet another stud LB to the NFL, this time his name is Leonard Floyd. A definite pass rusher who will get added to an already great defense.

21. Washington Redskins- Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama
A terror for opposing offenses. A guy who can do it all and has been over-shadowed by other great players along the Alabama defensive line. Washington does not get to the quarterback much.

22. Houston Texans- Paxton Lynch, QB, Memphis
Some may have Lynch going as high as 2 in this draft. For the Texans, Lynch falls to 22. A quarterback at this spot is a must. Some how some way, Houston won 9 games with 4 different QBs starting for them. Some stability would be nice.

23. Minnesota Vikings- Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
Coleman and Thomas are also viable options here but the idea is get Teddy Bridgewater a talented receiver immediately. The team cannot continue to assume Adrian Peterson will never break down. It will happen, eventually....right?

24. Cincinnati Bengals- Kenny Clark, DT, UCLA
Domata Peko may be the only weak link to this defense. It will be time for a change at DT with a young Clark coming in. Depth never hurt.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers- Tre'Davius White, CB, LSU
Another defensive back is coming out LSU and he's a good one. White has the foot quickness and fluid athleticism to blanket receivers on the outside. Pittsburgh's secondary will take all the help it can get.

26. Seattle Seahawks- Michael Thomas, WR, Ohio State
Doug Baldwin and Tyler Lockett have contributed greatly down the stretch of 2015. If Seattle can add another weapon on the offensive side of the ball, the defense will not have to carry so much of the weight.

27. Green Bay Packers- Jarran Reed, DT, Alabama
A versatile player who can produce even in Green Bay's odd defensive front. There are some talented guys on that front line but have yet to produce.

28. Kansas City Chiefs- Reggie Ragland- LB, Alabama
Kansas City continues to add to an already stout defense. Alabama also gets consecutive picks here, what else is new. Ragland, a tone-setting linebacker will be an impact player in this KC front seven.

29, New England Patriots- Pick Forfeited

30. Arizona Cardinals- Jordan Jenkins, OLB, Georgia
The Arizona Cardinals are getting old in that front seven. Some edge-rushing and youth at that position would help keep this defense at the top of the league.

31. Denver Broncos- Ezekiel Elliot, RB, Ohio State
Two defensive tackles are set to hit free-agency this offseason, so the DT pick will be tempting. However we see how this Denver team plays with a solid runnning game.

32. Carolina Panthers- Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
Unimaginably, the Panthers managed to win 15 games in 2015 with absolutely no threat from any WR on the roster. Add a great slot receiver in Coleman, along with a returning Kelvin Benjamin. . . 16-0?
